You agree not to use SixDegrees to send spam, harass others, share false or defamatory information, violate applicable laws, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or share others' personal information without their consent.
You retain ownership of information you share. By using the Service, you grant Synphony Co a limited license to process and store your messages solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that sharing information about third parties complies with applicable laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNPHONY CO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in courts in San Francisco County, California.
